How To Book

Your reservation can be made online at muskokacruises.ca. Please select the location or vessel and available dates will show in the calendar.

Tickets can be purchased in person prior to the cruise but are based on availability therefore we cannot guarantee that tickets will be available for your date and time if you just show up.

No, tickets do not need to be printed prior to boarding. You may be required to show your boarding pass on your phone to a crew member while boarding the vessel. Or by giving the last name associated with your booking.

We recommend making reservations as soon as you know you want to cruise with us at Muskoka Cruises. Our cruises sell-out quite often and if you don’t make reservations early enough, you could be left out.

A group is considered 20 or more adults. A group reservation requires one person to be the point of contact and make one payment for the group. Group reservations with 20 or more adults receive a 10% discount per person.

Before You Board

Yes, you may bring non-alcoholic beverages as well as light snacks and sandwiches on the vessels.

Parking Bracebridge there is ample parking at the Quality Inn. Link for directions to: Quality Inn 

In Port Carling, there is free 2-hour street parking.  There is plenty of free parking in the area such as the library as well as the Municipal town office.Link for Library Directions

We ask that everyone arrives at the boat 20 minutes prior to your scheduled departure time. If you do not see the boat please do not panic. More than one cruise runs daily and the boat will return shortly.

Unfortunately, our vessels are not wheelchair accessible. You may call for more info.

The Lady Rosseau boat is located in Port Carling , ON at the dock at 7 Lock Street East. It is on the Lake Rosseau side of the port Carling lock. Directly across from Mooskoka’s Ice Cream shop. The Muskoka Gaga is located in Bracebridge at 300 Ecclestone Drive. It is parked at the dock located behind the Quality Inn Located at 300 Ecclestone Dr in Bracebridge.

On Board Experience

There are non-alcoholic drinks, chips and alcoholic beverages available for purchase.  We take Cash/Debit/Visa Cards

Please be mindful of people with animal allergies and pet phobias,  who would like to enjoy the cruise as well. If it is absolutely necessary that you bring your pocket pet under five pounds, it is imperative that they are quiet and kept in a purse carrier or on a leash. The only other exception would be for certified service animals.  Muskoka Cruises welcomes guide dogs or service animals on our premises. The service animal is required to always accompany the guest. The guest is responsible for their service animal while on our premises. Service animals are defined as being visibly apparent that the customer requires the animal for reasons relating to a disability. Muskoka Cruises will request documentation from the guest (i.e., identification card) confirming that the guest requires the animal for reasons relating to a disability. 

The cruises typically run rain or shine. The boats have ample indoor seating.

There is a gender neutral washroom onboard.

The tour is 1 hour and 30 minutes long.

No, smoking is not allowed on the vessels.
